Part 1
Sign up.
Join the membership for $317 / month. If the price scares you away, this isn’t the approach for you. After payment, you’ll receive a short form for us to get context on your goals, stress load, and training history. We’ll schedule a 30-minute call to walk through your system, your blocks, and how we work.
PART 2
System build out.
You’ll receive your full THRV protocol, delivered through your personal health app. This includes your training plan, nutrition framework, recovery and regulation stack and open chat access to the coaching container where your guide will keep you accountable, calibrated, and adapting.
STEP 3
Execute.
You will stay close to your mentor in the first 4–6 weeks; tight check-ins, fast iterations, and ongoing system tuning. This isn’t “set and forget.” We adapt the plan as your life moves.
STEP 4
Long-Term Integration.
By this stage, we’ve established rhythm.
You’re no longer reacting to stress, you’re responding with power. You’ve got traction, consistency, and compounding momentum.
